So after yet another failed relationship, I had become careless and stopped taking pride in myself and my appearance. Previously in 2010, I had lost 15kg for the same reasons and in September of this year, I found that I had tipped the scales at 75kg again. Immediately I tried fasting and meal replacement shakes and I was lucky to have lost 2kg in 6 weeks, so obviously this was not the desired outcome & what had worked for me almost 10 years ago, was not working for me now. It wasn't until I was talking to Zoe's partner, Liam, that he told me Zoe was doing meal plans and nutritional coaching. I have seen Zoe's transformation over the last few years and thought to myself "obviously something she is doing is working!" and the rest is history.
I have been able to somewhat break my habit of disordered eating. I have lost 5.5 kilos in just under 6 weeks and I am eating more than I've probably ever eaten before.
It's very easy to follow, I still get to eat some of my most favourite foods AND who doesn't like eating pancakes twice a day and not feel guilty about it?!
My current training routine is very basic. I walk to and from work every day and some afternoons I will walk for another hour. I am restricted with my exercise at present due to injury.
I knew I needed to make a change and I was disappointed knowing I'd allowed myself to regain the 15kg I'd lost 7 years ago so I didn't give myself the option of saying no.
Knowing that the more I eat, the more weight I lose!
